Dario Loison wanted to revive this old recipe of his father Alessandro, enriching it with a selection of top quality ingredients. The well-dimpled dough is decorated with raisins and delicious candied Sicilian orange peel. The surface is coated with a crumbly glaze of Italian “Tuono” almonds , which give the soft bread an unforgettable consistency and flavor.
