Fossier Pink Biscuits of Reims Box 100g
Founded in 1756. Maison Fossier is the oldest biscuit factory in France and was even by royal courts for the quality of its biscuits: choice of ingredients, know-how of the Master Biscuit-makers, conservation of the traditional character of its recipes… The tradition of its original recipe has been maintained for more than 250 years.
Traditionally served with champagne, Ratafia, port or sweet white wine, these pink biscuits are a revelation, and creative cooks and top chefs, quite rightly, rate them very highly indeed.
