Our artisan pasta is hand-made with great care by Antonio Marella, in the heart of Puglia in the province of Bari in the "heel" of Italy.
This family-oriented artisanal factory uses dough made of hard wheat (durum) that is locally grown for both their white pasta and colorful pasta. A careful selection of these ancient and heirloom grains ensure a high-quality product that is rich with proteins and flavor.
Hard to resist serving up this sea themed artful pasta with calamari, clams, muscles, prawns, or any such combination in a simple red sauce, sprinkled with parsley. We think these adorable shapes make an excellent addition to the Marella line!
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water, dehydrated tomato, chile pepper, spinach, paprika, beet root, and kurkuma.
