• Blade, bolster, guard and rivets are made of 12C27MOD stainless steel.
• Blade size 20cm. Total length of the knife: 30cm.
• The guard at the base on the bolster secures the handling users.
Ebony come from a tree mainly found in tropical regions. It is a precious wood of a black color very homogeneous and finely ribbed. Used to make piano keys or furniture in ancient castles, it has good resistance to a humid atmosphere (but not dishwasher safe). It is also one of the heaviest and densest woods that can be found.
