Royal Retrò Gold is a collection of 18/10 stainless steel cutlery with a sophisticated combination of retro finish and gold PVD.

The retro finish is obtained through a mechanical vibratory finishing process that allows to obtain the vintage effect. The process is based on the continuous rubbing of the cutlery with particular abrasive stones that give the objects that characteristic surface appearance worn by use.

PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition. It is a technology used for coloring steel by depositing very thin metal films. The process takes place inside vacuum chambers and consists of the evaporation and subsequent condensation of the metals on the cutlery. This treatment, with a range of wonderful shades of color, in addition to embellishing the cutlery, makes them more resistant to wear and scratches and is a perfectly sustainable coating suitable for use in the food sector.
