The Tala Maslin Pan is also useful for extracting juice from fruit when making homemade wine and for reducing sauces.
Constructed in stainless steel the Maslin Pan has a capacity of approximately 8 litres, a 30.5cm diameter top and a height of 13cm.
The 2mm encapsulated base allows even heat distribution.
USES and CARE:
For best results use on a low to medium heat to prevent the base burning.
Suitable for use on all cookers, except induction hobs. To preserve the pan, use nylon or wooden utensils to avoid scratching.
