Pickled cocktail gherkins with silverskin onions and spices. These mini gherkins are tiny cucumbers pickled in a mixture of vinegar and brine, and seasoned simply with silverskin onions, mustard seeds and peppercorns. They are moist, crunchy, sharp and an excellent accompaniment to cured meats and cheese. Amazingly versatile, they can be used in hamburgers, salads and smoked fish, or as an ingredient in cold sauces, such as sauce gribiche (made with gherkins and capers) or tartare sauce. Free from artificial additives.
