Our artisan pasta is hand-made with great care by Antonio Marella, in the heart of Puglia in the province of Bari in the "heel" of Italy.
This family-oriented artisanal factory uses dough made of hard wheat (durum) that is locally grown for both their white pasta and colorful pasta. A careful selection of these ancient and heirloom grains ensure a high-quality product that is rich with proteins and flavor.
This classic “olive leaf” shaped pasta is delicately flavored and colored with spinach. Use with creamy vegetable sauces, extra virgin olive oil and fresh herbs. Toss with another short pasta to make a dish with added depth and color.
