Our black truffle olive oil is obtained by macerating real pieces of “Tuber Melanosporum” black truffle enhanced with a truffle aroma in our extra virgin olive oil. The meeting of these two noble ingredients gives birth to a subtly flavored oil, with a fine & delicate flavor, faithful to the taste of fresh black truffle.
