Red currants are brought to the boil and simmered for 10 minutes. The juice and fruit is then pumped into our fruit press where it is squeezed to extract the maximum amount of juice from the fruit. This distinctive jelly is perfect to accompany roast lamb but also makes a delicious addition to all gravies. This jelly has a sweet intense flavour. Gluten free, made in a nut free factory, suitable for vegetarians, kosher certified.
