Cacao was introduced in Uganda during British colonization and, since then, has grown to be a very important source of income for many farmers. The main cultivation area is the Semuliki Valley. Forastero and Trinitario cacao variety, this cacao is gently roasted with long conching of 48 hours to enhance its personality and boost its elegance. Its combination of flavours will leave you surprised, mixing tropical fruit and nuts. Slightly astringent. Sweet on the palate.
