Traditional Orange Soft Amaretti Cookie from Amaretti Virginia in Sassello, in the heart of Liguria Region of Italy. Made the old fashioned way.

Orange Ingredients: almond kernels (46%), sugar, and candied orange rind (16%) [rind of orange (80%), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid, sulphur dioxide], egg whites, almonds (1%), and potassium sorbate for preservative.

Lemon Ingredients: Apricot Kernels 46%, Sugar, Candied Fruit 16% (Rind of Lemon 80%, Glucose Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Acidifier: Citric Acid, Preservative: Sulphur Dioxde), Egg White, Almonds 1%, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate.
