Le Preziose has gone a step further and has
selected three fruit jellies to coat them individually with fine Italian chocolate
(made from cocoa beans processed by an Italian family business in the north
of Italy). The orange is coated with dark chocolate, the raspberry with milk
and the bergamot with white chocolate, which is an interesting combination
as the citrus flavor of the bergamot balances the sweetness of the white
chocolate coating. These sweets are individually flow wrapped, and again
packaged in the elegant gift box of the original fruit jellies.
